Mary Peter's Track

The Couch to 5k (C25K) will take place on Monday evenings from 6.30pm- 7.30pm and Saturday mornings from 9am at the Mary Peters Track. Week 1 begins on Monday 23rd April 2018 and the aim of the programme will be to increase physical activity, and encourage progression each week.
Sessions are free and will include a variety of running/jogging/walking activities.
