The Athletics NI Cross Country League dates are now available for the 2022-2023 season.
The Cross Country League, which is now entering its 11th year, will feature the following events:

Rule Changes from 2021-2022 are as follows:
- Participant points for each club team will be scored up to a maximum of 10 competitors.
- Teams will have to compete in at least one event outside the greater Belfast area i.e. Magherafelt, Derry/Londonderry or Armagh. The score from this event will go towards the final total. Scores are based on the best 6 out of 9 events.
