Course: Start past ford beside track junction. Follow trail south, continue along main path until fork leads upto SW to Pollaphuca. Over stile and follow path round to Meelmore/Meelbeg col. Over stile and descend to finish.

Start Location: 317 294 Finish Location: 307 301
Course: Start up past the ford at path junction. Follow trail south and take SW fork leading through quarry to Polluphuca. Over stile and follow trail round to Meelmore/Meelbeg col. Ascend Meelbeg via Mourne Wall and descend along ridge towards Happy valley. Rejoin U17 course along Lecale way to same finish location.
