Governance Consultation

At the request of the Athletics NI Board, a steering group have spent a considerable amount of time analysing our existing governance documents and considering the future needs of our sport.

We want to ensure we have a clear and comprehensive set of governing documents that reflect best practice that will support the organisation for the next 15 years and that are aligned to the current strategy of the sport.

The steering group have put together the following Consultation Paper, which was presented at the recent Annual General Meeting.
