Looking to try the track and field events in Athletics?
Maybe you competed as a junior and are looking to come back into the sport.
Come along to this 6 week block for adults to learn the fundamentals of Speed, Endurance, Throws and Jumps!
Each Session will last 60 minutes and will cover two disciplines per week.
This is for adults aged 18+ only.
This will cost £30 for the six weeks and numbers will be limited!
