Almac 10K / 5K fun Run 2023

Almac is holding a 5k & 10k Fun Run/Walk in aid of Southern Area Hospice on Saturday 22nd April 11:30

THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO BOTH ALMAC EMPLOYEES AND MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.

This year’s fun run will be in aid of Southern Area Hospice.

Southern Area Hospice Services is a charity providing carefree of charge to local people with cancer, and other terminal illnesses, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease, HIV and Aids.

All participants will receive an Almac branded water bottle, bag, t-shirt*, medal, water, banana and snacks.

*Please note t-shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed

Important event information:

  • There will be no available parking at South Lake Leisure Centre or Craigavon Civic Centre and therefore you should leave plenty of time for parking and walking to the Start Point
  • There is car park available at the roundabout before South Lake Leisure Centre (called city park) or the overflow car park at Marlborough House
  • Race numbers and t-shirts will be allocated before the race
  • There will be a warm up at 11:15 with music before the event
  • 10k starts at 11:30 and 5k starts shortly after
  • This is a chipped time event and times will be posted online after the race
  • Goodie bags will be available for collection at the end of the race
