NI & Ulster Intermediate & Masters Championships
Please note this event is open to athletes from NI & Ulster only.
New for 2026- there will now be Masters Category prizes for the following:
Prizes will be awarded for the Top 3 in each category as well as team prizes.
Online Entries will close on 13th January at 12noon. No late entries will be accepted after this time.
Timetable:
MASTERS MEN- Men 35 or over on day of competition
Distance – 8k Start time – 1.00pm
Team Race - run 6, score 3
*Men 65 and over will run with the Master's Women
‘INTERMEDIATE’ WOMEN
Distance – 4k Start time – 1.45pm
Team Race - run 6, score 4
MASTERS WOMEN & M65+- Women 35 or over on day of competition
Distance – 4k Start time – 1.45pm
Team Race – run 6, score 3
‘INTERMEDIATE’ MEN
Distance – 8k Start time – 2.10pm
Team Race - run 12, score 6
