VENUE CHANGE
Due to works happening at Templemore Sports Complex, the NI & Ulster Senior Cross Country will now take place at the Necarne Estate. Due to this change, the entry deadline has been extended to Thursday 29th January at 5pm.
NO late entries will be taken after this time.
Please note this event is open to athletes from NI & Ulster only.
SENIOR WOMEN At least 16 on 31 December 2026
Distance – 6k Start time –1.30pm
Team Race – 6 to run, 4 to score
SENIOR MEN At least 16 on 31 December 2026
Distance – 10k Start time – 2.15pm
Team Race - 12 to run, 6 to score
