Mallusk Harriers will once again hosting the notorious: Mallusk 5 Mile Road Race on Friday 8th August 2025.

Also, for the first time, we are introducing a 1 mile junior fun run for those under the age of 14.

5 mile race:

Chip Timed
All finishers will receive a bespoke race medal
The best post race spread in the land!
The best support en-route
Cash prizes and trophy for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female
Cash prizes for age categories M35, F35, M40, F40, M45, F45, M50, F50, M55, F55, M60, F60, M65, F65, M70, F70
Cash prizes for Under 18M and Under 18F (Please note minimum age to enter is 16)
Team Award for the Barista Bar Shield and Newtownabbey Cup
