Competition Rules:
This is an open meet - so athletes from outside Northern Ireland are allowed to enter.
Athletes may bring 2 personal implements to the competition- these must be weighed by an official.
Open Meet Details:
Age Categories:
Under 12 athletes - born 2015 or 2016
Under 14 athletes- born 2013 or 2014
Under 16 athletes- born 2011 or 2012
Under 18 athletes- born 2009 or 2010
Anyone born 2008 or earlier is a Senior athlete.
