Please note - Lane and Heat seeding will be done post check in for this event. Please be at the start line at the first heat time of your race.

Competition is open to U14 athletes and above (born 2012). Age Categories will follow World Athletics guidelines- age on 31st December 2025. Entries are open to athletes outside of NI & Ulster. Age Group Guidelines
