Course description:
Starting on Silent Valley dam and climbing Westwards to the Mourne wall, following this to the top of Slievenaglogh and then to Banns Road, before turning left to rejoin the Mourne wall and return to Silent Valley. The route finishes with a lap of the trails to the West of the dam and then finishes on the dam itself.
