Athletics NI AGM 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Athletics Northern Ireland will be held on Thursday 24th October 2024, at Viable Corporate Services, 100 Great Patrick St, Belfast BT1 2LU. The AGM will start at 7:00pm sharp, arrival and registration from 6:30pm - 6:50pm.

The meeting will be in person, however voting by Proxy is permitted and there will be an option to view online, however the online meeting will not be interactive.

• Nominations of Motions and Proposals - Deadline Monday 23rd September 2024 at 5pm
• Nominations for appointment to Sub-Committees - Deadline Thursday 10th October 2024 at 5pm
• AGM Communications - Issued on Monday 30th September 2024
• Receipt of all Questions to the board and Amendments to proposals – Thursday 10^th October 2024
• Register to attend – Thursday 17^th October 2024 (5pm)
• Proxy Voting forms - Monday 21st October 2024 (12 noon)
