Grace Carson Selected for the European Cross Country for GB and NI

Northern Ireland’s Grace Carson will make her GB&NI debut at the SPAR European Cross Country Championships, in La Mandria Park, Turin on 11th December 2022.
Following her 2nd place in the U23 Women’s event at the British Euro Cross Challenge, which served as the trials for the European Cross Country Championships, Grace Carson had an automatic place in the GB & NI team for Turin.
Grace finished 6th overall in the combined Senior and U23 Women’s team, and is now set to be the first Northern Irish athlete to be selected to represent GB & NI at the European Cross Country in 25 years, and will be joining her Mid Ulster AC club mate, Nick Griggs.
