British Athletics has announced 29 athletes set to compete at the Athletics World Cup on home soil at the London Stadium on 14-15 July.

The ground-breaking two-day event takes place under floodlights across Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 July at the London Stadium.

British Indoor 60m Hurdles Champion Megan Marrs (Jerzy Maciukiewicz) has been selected in the Women’s 100m Hurdles after finishing second at the recent British Championships in Birmingham. The City of Lisburn AC athlete, who came through the Athletics NI Youth Academy system, will be looking to further extend her recent PB of 13.32, set at the Belfast International Meet last month, when she takes to the Olympic Stadium this weekend.

As well as competing for a PB and possibly breaking the NI record, held my Dame Mary Peters, Megan will be competing for maximum points in her event as well as keeping the team competition in mind.
