Athletics NI 2026-2027 Club Affiliation Year Open

All club affiliations and membership registrations from the 2025–2026 season have now expired and must be renewed for the new financial year before athlete entries and other club activities can resume.

Club secretaries can complete both club affiliation and member registration through OpenTrack. Full guidance on the affiliation process is available on the Athletics NI Clubs page

Athletics NI would like to thank all clubs who have already submitted their club structure information and paid their affiliation fees.

Please note that club affiliations will not be accepted until the required club structure documents have been completed.

These club structure forms have already been sent by email to Athletics NI’s current list of 2025/26 club secretaries. If your club has not yet received this information, please contact marketing@athleticsni.org and the link will be reissued.

Clubs are encouraged to complete their affiliation as soon as possible to avoid delays to athlete registrations and competition entries.
