Athletics NI Announces Northern Ireland Team for Commonwealth Games Glasgow 2026

Athletics NI are pleased to announce the Northern Ireland team that will compete in the forthcoming Commonwealth Games which will be held in Glasgow from the 23rd of July.
The team is a good mixture of youth and experience and includes World Indoor medallist Kate O’Connor in the women’s heptathlon and European U23 Cross Country Champion Nick Griggs (5000m). Callum Morgan (5000m) and James Gormley (mile) make their games debut. Anna McCauley competing in her second games competes in the women’s Heptathlon. Eve Walsh Dann is competing in the Para 100m and is also making her games debut.
