Gardiner & Robinson Take on the World Cross Country Championships

Anna Gardiner (East Down AC) and Seamus Robinson (City of Derry Spartans) represented Ireland at the World Cross Country Championships in Belgrade, Serbia last week (Saturday 30th March).
Anna showed her exceptional talent, claiming a top 40 finish in the U20 Women’s race, crossing the line in 37th.
While Seamus Robinson, who won gold as part of the Irish U20 Men’s team at the European Cross Country Championships last December, once again demonstrated how he can perform on the international stage finishing 70th in a competitive U20 Men’s field.
