Mallusk Harriers Embark on Fundraising ParkRun Challenge of 24 in 24 Hours

There are only two days left before Mallusk Harriers take on the 24 in 24 ParkRun challenge. The club are aiming to raise £10,000.00 for the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice, by setting themselves the challenge of completing 24 ParkRuns in 24 hours.

They will be travelling across the country completing the 5k ParkRun routes from 9.30am on Saturday 29th June, starting in Portrush.

The club would love to see as many people at each ParkRun venue as possible, to run with, encourage and cheer on the runners, or to donate.

You can donate at any of the 24 in 24 locations along the route, or online on their JustGiving Page.

After Portrush, the challenge will then go to Ecos ParkRun in Ballymena; Antrim; Larne; Carrickfergus; Valley in Newtownabbey. They then take on a number of ParkRuns in and around Belfast, including: Waterworks, Falls Road, Colin Glen, Stranmillis College, Ormeau, Orangefield, Stormont, Comber, Bangor, Victoria Park, Queen’s University, before going to Lisburn.

The next in the series will be Craigavon, Palace Demesne, Armagh, Dungannon, Cookstown, Omagh and then the finale at the Fermanagh Lake, Enniskillen.
