Do you know someone passionate about athletics and dedicated to making a difference in Northern Ireland's sporting community? Athletics NI is now accepting nominations for the role of President.
As President, they will be the public face of Athletics NI, representing our members, partner organisation's, and the wider community. This role offers a unique opportunity to honor individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service to our sport and to contribute to the future of athletics in Northern Ireland.
The role is ambassadorial, connecting with clubs, members, and volunteers, and bringing diverse viewpoints to the Board. It's a voluntary, two-year term, with the possibility of reappointment for another two years.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the key issues facing Athletics NI, and a commitment to engaging with members across all communities and disciplines. Experience in governance is a plus, but above all, we need someone who embodies the values of integrity, respect, and ethical leadership.
