North Down AC U20 4x400m Relay Smash Championship Record at National Indoor Championships

North Down AC celebrated a spectacular victory at the National U20 & U23 Indoor Championships held at the TUS International Arena, Athlone on Saturday, March 14th, 2026, as their U20 4x400m relay team broke the championship record.

The team of Daniel Constable⁩, Harrison Jamison⁩, Tomas Montgomery⁩, and Euan Monro⁩, under the guidance of coach Darren, clocked an impressive 3:26.00, shattering the previous championship record by more than three seconds! 👏👏
