UKA Rules of Competition 2018-2020

UKA Rules for Competition 2018-2020 came into force on 1st April 2018. Rule books are available to download here or at a cost of £5 from the Athletics NI office.
A number of changes have been introduced which are summarised here
Important changes to note include the elimination of the acceleration zone for the 4 x 100m and 4 x 400m relays, the change of time limits in field events to 30 seconds and the change of toppling weight for U17 Men 400mH.
