Nick Griggs

Mid Ulster AC’s young 18-year-old Puma athlete, Nick Griggs ran in the 3000m at the World Indoor Tour in Manchester last Saturday (28th January), breaking a 37 year old indoor record.

He had a storming performance, finishing in a time of 7:54.44 to finish 5th overall, breaking the Irish U20 Indoor record, and the NI Senior Indoor record by 0.4 of a second.
