Registration

Registration will open at 8:45am each morning. Athletes must be checked in by 2pm each day.

When checking in for your events- please ensure you check in for ALL events you are competing in. If you do not want to compete in a particular event, you need to advise the Registration team. If you have not withdrawn from the event in the morning when checking in, and you do not turn up, you may then be disqualified from any other events that weekend, including relays. The same rule applies for Finals- if you have qualified for a final, but do not show up to the call room or the event, you may be disqualified from any further events in the competition.

Relay Check-ins- these will be done in the afternoon each day. An announcement will be made in the arena. If coaches could please ensure to complete the check in form at registration.

Spectator Information

Athletes get free entry to the event, and any children under 11. All spectators MUST pay at the door- payment will be taken by card or cash payments. Entry fee will be £10.00/€10.00 for single day. For two days- £15.00/ €15.00

Venue Parking

Please note parking will be available and parking attendants will be available, however due to other events happening at the same time, parking will be extremely limited. The venue have asked that people attending car share or use public transport, where possible.

 

Entry Rules

  • Athletes must be from NI & Ulster. Theses events are not open to guest athletes.
  • Relays- One team per club per age group
  • All athletes can only enter 3 events, plus a relay.
  • Check In- athletes must check in to the call room, or with the field officials at least 30 minutes before their event.
  • Athletes only compete in their own age group in individual events.
  • Relay teams in U12 to U17 must have at least 2 athletes the correct age with max of 2 moving up an age. U18 teams can have 4 U17s; U19 teams can have 4 U18s in their teams.

Qualification Notes

  • Athletes in the U17 and above age categories MUST be entered the event at NI & Ulster Championships, in order to qualify for the All Irelands. The U17 and above age groups receive direct qualification through to the All Irelands, so do not have to compete at NI & Ulster level.
  • Please note the U12 and U13 Walks are non-qualifying events.

Note on Entries

Any new members added to OpenTrack during January-March need to be added manually to Entry4Sports. Clubs/ Coaches should be able to do this when entering athletes.

Closing Dates

CLOSING DATE FOR ONLINE ENTRIES: Wednesday 11th February at midnight. NO late entries will be accepted after this time.

Entries are extended to Thursday 12th Febuary at 11.59pm.
