NI and Ulster Selection Policies Available for the Northern Ireland International Cross Country 2022

Athletics Northern Ireland will host the Northern Ireland World Athletics sanctioned International Cross Country in Dundonald on 22nd January 2022. This event will incorporate the Celtic Cross Country and the Home Countries Cross Country and the selection policies for the NI & Ulster teams are now available.
NI & Ulster Celtic Cross Country 2022
U17, U20 and U23 NI & Ulster Teams: Up to 4 Men and 4 Women per age group
Competitors must be U17, U20 and U23 on 31st December 2022.
Selection – current form across events listed on the policy below will be a factor in selection. Final Selection will be made during the week beginning 6th December. Athletes are asked to fill in an Expression of Interest form which will be available on the Athletics NI Website from 26th November and will close on 4th December at 3pm. NI & Ulster (9 counties) athletes will be eligible for selection in line with the criteria.
NI & Ulster Home Countries Cross Country 2022
Senior NI & Ulster Teams: Up to 4 Men and 4 Women per age group
Selection – current form across events listed on the policy below will be a factor in selection. Final Selection will be made during the week beginning 6th December. Athletes are asked to fill in an Expression of Interest form which will be available on the Athletics NI Website from 26th November and will close on 4th December at 3pm. NI & Ulster (9 counties) athletes will be eligible for selection in line with the criteria.
