Athletics Northern Ireland are currently working on a series of talks and workshops concerning Female Athlete Health. The first talk took place on 9th June with Dr Sharon Madigan, Head of Performance Nutrition at the Irish Institute of Sport.
Since then we have been working on the research of Tom Goom, Gráinne Donnelly and Emma Brockwell, in their 'Returning to Running Postnatal Guidelines for Medical, Health and Fitness Professionals Managing this Population'. You can find more information on this on our 'Return To Running' page.
