Athletics NI Online Entry System

Athletics NI have recently moved to the OpenTrack event management system. When your licence application has been approved you can set up online entries for your race using the Athletics NI System

The new system offers organisers great flexibility, with many options including:

• Fully customise your event
• Bulk entry of athletes
• Automated numbers, ranking and seeding
• Check Athletics NI registrations
• Produce automatic reports for officials and athletes
• Live start lists
• Full competition management system for track & field events including:
  • live results
  • ability to integrate with photo finish
• Have different entry fees for club members, different age groups, etc.
• Ability to tailor entry confirmation emails with event-specific information and attachments (ie flyer, sponsor form, partner company vouchers/promo, etc)
• Merchandise ordering & size/colour specification for event freebies/purchase options

There is no upfront cost to set up online entry. A fee of £2.00 per entry will be charged upon release of online payments following your event and the submission of your Returns Forms. If you cancel your event, the £2.00 per entry admin fee may still be charged. All athlete entry data can still be sent to the race organiser.
